Zambia Garden Farms Initiative

This quarter KWF engaged Greg Jones — founder of Native Species Revival and a global veteran of agricultural development projects, as well a longtime member of our movement's science-and-environment community — to design and lead a phased garden-farm at the Zambia youth leadership headquarters training hub. His approach centers on native species and regenerative practices suited to the land, and on teaching and mentoring local project owners who will carry the farm project forward.

The project plan in three phases: Garden and Poultry in Q3 2026, Pasture Preparation in Q4 2026, and Livestock and Enterprise in 2027.
